Good, clean, friendly. I can't rate objectively though because I like my pizza dough to be a lot more substantial. I ate half of a large and was still hungry because the crust was so light.

I have had pizza at mutiple places in the Alexandria Bay area and this is by far the best I've come across and the closest to the pizza that can be found in the WNY area. We got slices and then ended up ordering a large to go. If your looking for some delicious pizza this is definitely the place to stop.

Dirty tables, dirty bathroom,...yuk. asked them to clean table. Cleaned with dirty cloth and left wet. I redid it. Service awful. See if still open in 2018.

Pizza was very good! I chose this place based on the reviews and I'm glad that I did, because the whole family really liked the pizza. BUT. I didn't like that they don't have wings. For real, what kind of pizza place doesn't have wings?!! We had to find someplace else to get them. (Wood Boat Brewery in Clayton has AMAZING wings by the way). AND, the customer service was not that great. I wanted to pay over the phone so that it would be all set for my mom to pick up (she was shopping in the area) and the guy wouldnt let me pay over the phone. I know it can be done, it was just laziness on his part.

I thought the pizza was great. As far as price it was moderate. What i would expect for a restaurant in the islands.

Best pizza in Alexandria Bay by far! Great salad and cheese bites too. The only thing that would make them better is if they were opened more. They have been closed many times when we wanted to order. If Josie's is closed we don't order from anywhere else .

Best pizza in town. If you haven't tried this pizza thain you are missing out on the best flavor ever. Their cookies are so moist & delicious "o" man I can't wait to go back. I wish they had more of this pizza shops around closer to home.

Service was wonderful but the pizza was awful unfortunately. I read the reviews and we were really expecting it to be good...esp since we were starving having been on the lake all day. The dough had no flavor, the sauce was bland and cheese was eh. It was like there was not a herb or seasoning anywhere on the pizza.

Anyone wanna inform me why the woman employee wasn’t wearing gloves to slice and serve our pizza and proceeded to put her bare thumbs on my plate.... disgusting

Staff is super friendly but the pizza quality differs depending on whose making it. Great for a quick family lunch.

Really great pizza. The crust was crispy and buttery. Lots of cheese. We ordered one for in the restuarant and ordered 2 more to take back for everyone else because it was so good. Some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. Just a really good classic pizza. I'll definitely get more next time I'm around Alexandria Bay.

Great pizza, worth the trip

Yummy and soft pizza .. they told us it would take 25min to make our pizza .. but it came sooner and was delicious .. sometimes after eating the first slice the second one becomes a little hard but here the pizza throughout was nice and fresh .. would definitely recommend this place and would come back when I’m here next time .. good luck guys .. 👍🏼
