My grandson has a severe peanut/tree nut allergy. Is it possible to avoid cross-contamination with pesto or peanut oil?

PLEASE call them. Peanut's are not no fun thing. I lost a very good friend off just a simple kiss. The friend's boyfriend ate a Peanut butter & Jelly sandwitch. That kiss really was a deadly one. She died for real
